► I bought something in the store on MARKETPLACE but I didn't receive it, how can I get it?
• You can ask for a redelivery directly on Marketplace or through our redelivery terminal at Mainstore

► I bought something in the MAINSTORE but I didn't receive it, how can I get it?
• Please use the Redelivery Terminal in the Mainstore.

► I bought something I don't like, can I have a refund?
• Demos are available for each item, therefore all sales are final. Cause this we have a strict policy of No Refunds No Exchanges.

► I bought something by mistake, can I have a refund?
• Refunds are available for (proved) double purchases ONLY.

► How can I buy something to do a gift at Mainstore?
• Please follow these instructions:
  1. click on the vendor with left mouse button 
  2. select "Buy Gift" in the popup
  3. write the recipient's legacy name (not display name) 
  4. pay the vendor 
  5. the item will be delivered to the recipient you have chosen
► I bought a DEMO version of your item but the HUD doesn't works, why?
• For the most of the "old" releases, the HUD included in the DEMO package is a "visual display" of the fully functional HUD that is in the full release version. Last releases instead have all the functionality of a normal HUD.

► The HUD doesn't work, why?
• The common solution are: 
  1. Try to relog, maybe the lag affected you compromising the working of the hud.
  2. The sim where you are must allow the scripts work.
If these solutions dosen't work, please write a notecard including your name, the item name and the transactions details and send it to Shanty Bookmite for a Redelivery.

► Wearing rigged shoes for Belleza, my feet come out from the sole. How can I solve this?
• Please pay attention on the Belleza HUD, you could have selected the JD Shape.

► The Bento item dosn't fit on my hand/feet, why?
• Make sure you are wearing the item created for the hands/feet you are using. 
Vista>Vista - Maitreya> Maitreya - Belleza>Belleza and so on and be sure the bento body you are using is the last release.
For the most the problem is only a little distraction.
